This interface is used for any object that wants to be notified when a the MicelloMapView is made active or inactive.

Class Summary

ErrorMonitor	This class is used to display messages.
MicelloErrors	This class holds the Micello error codes and includes methods to show error messages.
MicelloManager	This class holds the Micello classes so the relevant classes have access to each other.
